·         All general member meetings begin at 7:00 at the fairgrounds.  Registration begins at 6:45. 

·         In case of bad weather, watch your local television stations for meeting info.

·         If you are unable to fulfill your responsibility at a meeting, it is your duty to find your replacement for that meeting.
