All meetings begin at 7:00 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
--Monthly meetings are January thru July, held the 3rd Thursday of each month
-- club dues can be paid at monthly meetings dues are $10 per member, unpaid dues increase by $1 per month beginning February
-- In case of bad weather, watch for a remind app text message, email, Facebook or Instagram post if canceled.
-- Programs may change due to availability of speakers.
Calendar Dates & locations: 2025
1-16-25 stations meeting (in the sheep/swine arena)
2-20-25 vet speaker (in the sheep/swine arena)
3-13-25 -- 1st & 2nd year members informational meeting (in the sheep/swine arena)
3-20-25 feed speaker, and Vote for Queen Contestant, any lady at least 16 yrs old is eligible. (in the sheep/swine arena)
4-24-25 Program: The officers will run the meeting (in the sheep/swine arena)
5-3-25: mandatory Weigh In & tagging day (7am-1030am) at our Dairy Feeder Barn. calves will be weighed, screened, tagged. We will be taking tshirt sizes, dues, cafe duty sign up, auction order. etc. Dues MUST be paid! vaccines & implants available here, we are not offering dehorning or castration here. Have those done early May or prior, to allow healing time.
5-15-25 demos @ Beef/Dairy Arena
6-19-25 Clean up barn and concession stand work night (at Dairy Feeder Barn), stall req forms due
7-15-25 -- all paperwork and ESSAY's turned in and passes handed out (at Dairy Feeder Barn)
